Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a K–12 school environment highly valued
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and school teams
- Comfortable working across multiple school sites and adapting to varied schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students from preschool to high school
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support teams to promote student success
- Maintain thorough progress notes and contribute to IEP meetings
- Consult with staff on classroom accommodations and provide staff training as needed
- Travel between assigned sites within the district/region as required
