Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a K–12 school environment highly valued
  • Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse student populations
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and school teams
  • Comfortable working across multiple school sites and adapting to varied schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students from preschool to high school
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support teams to promote student success
  • Maintain thorough progress notes and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Consult with staff on classroom accommodations and provide staff training as needed
  • Travel between assigned sites within the district/region as required
