Step into a dynamic role providing speech and language services within various school buildings. You’ll play a vital part in supporting student development, collaborating closely with educators, families, and administrators, and helping young learners reach communication milestones.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Pennsylvania SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience in a school setting (Preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work across multiple school sites within the Greater Harrisburg area
  • Ability to start quickly; interviews and offers are ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs during the ESY summer program (4 full days/week) and school year (5 full days/week)
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
  • Adapt services and approaches to meet the varying needs of students in different school buildings
  • Foster an encouraging, positive learning environment for all students
