Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early childhood education as a Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time role spans several locations, including Harrisburg, Perry County, and Upper Dauphin, encompassing three to four openings for the 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll work closely with a diverse caseload of 45 students in an Early Childhood program, making an immediate impact through assessment and direct therapy.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLP - CCC certification required
  • Experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Open to experienced Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Passion for early childhood education and student growth
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning needs
  • Commitment to a full-time, 35-hour week

Role Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct both individual and small-group therapy sessions
  • Monitor student progress; maintain thorough, compliant documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input
  • Support students’ communicative and academic success in early childhood environments
