This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to provide essential speech therapy services in an elementary school setting. Located in Camp Lejeune, NC, this contract role will support K-5th grade students with a caseload of approximately 45 children, working 39 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ specific communication needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student records, progress reports, and therapy goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both individually and in groups.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • SLP licensure and Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively fulfilling Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) requirements.
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school-based settings.
  • Strong clinical skills in speech therapy interventions for children in grades K-5.
  • Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining quality of care.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with students, families, and school staff.

Location and Work Details:

  • Elementary school environment in Camp Lejeune, NC.
  • Contract assignment running from ASAP through June 11, 2026.
  • 39 hours per week supporting K-5th grade students.
