Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Camp Lejeune, NC

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the upcoming 2026-27 school year serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This full-time position (39 hours per week) is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists with either CCC or CFY status, ideally experienced or interested in working within schools, pediatrics, and healthcare environments. You’ll be supporting young learners near the Camp Lejeune, NC area, just an hour north of Wilmington, NC.

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

• Active or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in North Carolina
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
• Experience with school-based caseloads and/or pediatric populations
• Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Sound organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with documentation and Medicaid billing preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K-12
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to maximize student progress
• Evaluate and document student progress, updating IEPs as needed
• Contribute to school-wide initiatives related to communication skills and student well-being
