  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings, adapting strategies to fit varied age groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings; provide input on goals, accommodations, and progress
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to foster supportive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state reporting requirements
