Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure for practice in schools
  • Previous experience working with Pre-K or early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Passion for nurturing growth in developing learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to Pre-K students
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and track progress
  • Communicate findings and strategies with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation per school and state guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive classroom practices
