Working with a manageable caseload of 45–55 students, you’ll have the time and resources to provide focused intervention and documentation.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Comfort delivering services to preschool students and engaging in early intervention practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to support IEP processes and parent collaboration

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in preschool-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Offer both direct and consultative speech therapy services within classroom and individual settings
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
  • Work Monday through Thursday, approximately 30 hours per week, allowing for a refreshing work-life balance
