Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid and current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
- SLP credentials, with SLP-CCC preferred
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Comfort working with a preschool caseload (ages 3–5)
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a caseload of 45–55 preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in school settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to IEP development
- Commitment to Monday–Thursday schedule (approximately 30 hours/week)
