Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid and current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
• SLP credentials, with SLP-CCC preferred
• Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
• Comfort working with a preschool caseload (ages 3–5)
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language services to a caseload of 45–55 preschool students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in school settings
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and contribute to IEP development
• Commitment to Monday–Thursday schedule (approximately 30 hours/week)
