Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience in school-based settings
  • Confidence supporting students in grades PreK-2nd
  • Familiarity with SLI, ASD, and AAC devices
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in PreK-2nd grade
  • Manage a caseload primarily focused on SLI and ASD, with some students working on articulation
  • Support four students utilizing AAC devices; collaborate with contracted AAC trainers
  • Communicate and coordinate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), who covers many service hours
  • Conduct assessments, participate in testing for new referrals, and contribute to multidisciplinary team initiatives
