Key Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) considered—supervision provided if hired
- School-based experience highly preferred
- SLPAs also welcome to apply
- Teletherapy and pediatric experience a plus
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver targeted speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and track progress for students with varying speech and language needs
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
