Ideal Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) will be considered
  • Experience working within school settings or supporting K-12 student populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills for working across a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to adapt services to diverse student needs and educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments, direct therapy, and support for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and communicate progress to families and staff
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and counselors to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records as required under school and professional guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and ongoing professional development
