Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students
• Knowledgeable in teletherapy as well as in-person service delivery
• Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within the elementary caseload
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, both onsite and via teletherapy, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s progress
• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation in compliance with school protocols
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences for student planning
• Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP Clinical Fellows if applicable
