What you'll need:

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan
• Strong foundation in school-based and pediatric settings
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as seasoned clinicians
• Commitment to professional growth and student development

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students grades K-12
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child success
