Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Canton, MI

This position is based at a site near Canton, MI, easily accessible to professionals in the surrounding area. Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Prior experience in K-12 settings preferred
• Candidates must be available onsite; remote/virtual options are not available
• Open to both full-time (37.5 hours/week) and part-time schedules
• SLP-CFs are not eligible for this opportunity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and maintain documentation in compliance with school standards
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs
• Support IEP planning and participate in IEP team meetings
• Actively communicate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Track student outcomes and provide progress reports
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and integrate new techniques as needed
