Key Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan SLP License required; ASHA CCC certification preferred
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or closely related field
- Experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy is valued, though open to motivated Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work with students, families, and education teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students onsite
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student progress
- Provide direct and indirect services, addressing both communication and swallowing needs as appropriate
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development
