Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan SLP license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• School-based SLP or related pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering student success in diverse educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services for students individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and intervene according to IEP guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for both direct and indirect student services
• Consult with school staff and families to integrate strategies across environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative solution-building for student needs
