If you are an SLP with your Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant eager to bring your expertise to a vibrant educational setting, your skills will be valued as you work collaboratively with students and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will also consider qualified SLPAs
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Assistant
  • Experience working with school-aged children at the intermediate level is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to support student success
  • Provide engaging direct therapy to individuals and small groups
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and participate in IEP and staff meetings
  • Adapt therapy techniques to fit each student’s unique needs
