Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Creative approach to individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload details
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to meet each student’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
- Adapt to scheduling and caseload changes as details are provided
