Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active and valid SLP license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in a school setting or with school-aged children is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Creative approach to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to meet each student’s unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
  • Adapt to scheduling and caseload changes as details are provided
