Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience delivering speech therapy services within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and delivering interventions
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities with educators, families, and students
- Adaptability to changing caseloads and school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech-language and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Document progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Educate and consult with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Engage in both onsite and hybrid service delivery, as arranged with the district
