Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students with a range of needs. Two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist positions are available immediately, working with a diverse population of students requiring varying levels of support. This role is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on student communication skills while collaborating closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

What we’re looking for:

  • One SLP must hold active licensure; the second position is open to either a licensed SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-based populations
  • Skills in delivering in-person assessment and intervention, both individually and in groups
  • Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other support staff
  • Compassion, adaptability, and commitment to student-centered practices
  • Teletherapy skills are welcome but not required for these in-person roles

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering direct therapy and evaluations for elementary students with disabilities, ranging from mild to those with extensive support needs
  • Creating individualized treatment plans based on student profiles and academic goals
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student support teams
  • Maintaining thorough records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
  • Engaging with families and staff to promote student success and inclusion
