Speech Language Pathologist in Cape Coral, FL

A school-based position is available in Cape Coral, FL for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) interested in making a positive impact on students’ communication abilities. This contract role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities and openings across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans geared toward improving communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Track and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Provide support and education on communication strategies for students, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development milestones and disorders
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
