What we're looking for:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in California
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience with high school caseloads or adolescent populations
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs

What you'll do:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among high school students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services and student progress
• Advise teachers and parents on strategies for supporting communication skills within the classroom and at home
