Qualifications:

• Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working in schools, especially at the high school level, preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for high school students
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to foster student success
• Create clear, thorough reports and contribute to IEP meetings
• Manage and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
