Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students across all grade levels as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Cardington, OH. In this role, you’ll make a direct impact by providing speech and language services to a diverse K-12 caseload, working collaboratively with educators and families to support student success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in Ohio
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with K-12 students in an educational environment
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet varying student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Assess, screen, and evaluate students to determine eligibility and therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Document services, maintain accurate records, and track student progress toward goals
  • Offer guidance and consultation to teachers, staff, and parents regarding speech/language support
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development
