Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license, or eligibility for state licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including delivering services under IEPs
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, staff, and families
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads, documentation, and progress tracking efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ communication strengths and needs using standardized tools and observations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in partnership with educational teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and compliance documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and review processes
  • Offer resources and training to teachers and family members to support student objectives in the classroom and at home
