Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY considered
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to students
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student growth
  • Offer training and resources to school staff as needed
