Exciting contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and experienced SLPAs in various school settings nearby. Positions are full-time (35 hours per week) within Early Childhood programs, with anticipated start dates for the 2026-2027 academic year. Openings are offered in Harrisburg, Perry County, and Upper Dauphin areas, supporting students with a caseload of approximately 45.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs is required
  • Will also consider skilled and experienced SLPAs
  • State licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
  • Background in Early Childhood or preschool speech services is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for making a difference in students’ lives
  • Ability to manage a moderate caseload
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for early learners
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to support student growth
  • Maintain consistent documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment for all students
