Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including developing and implementing IEPs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Familiarity with digital therapy tools and virtual platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation for IEP meetings
  • Stay up to date on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
  • Support generalization of skills across classroom and school environments
