Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children, particularly PreK-8th grade, is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to conduct assessments, create individualized therapy plans, and provide direct and consultative services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in PreK through 8th grade across various school sites
  • Complete comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP meetings and goal development
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with school and legal requirements
  • Offer guidance and strategies to educators and families to generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
