This full-time contract opportunity seeks two skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)—including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and travel SLPs—to support students in an educational setting located in Carlyle, IL. These positions focus on delivering high-quality speech and language services to students, helping them achieve their communication goals and improve their academic success.

Position Details:

  • Two full-time roles available
  • One serving grades 4th through 8th
  • One serving Early Childhood, Kindergarten, and 1st grade students
  • Suitable for licensed SLPs, CFY candidates, and travel SLP professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student services and outcomes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license or CCC-SLP credential, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow
  • Experience working pediatric populations in school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development stages, especially in early childhood and school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively
