Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC or SLPA licensure (required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams
- Passion for helping students achieve their highest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
- Work one-on-one and in small groups to deliver speech/language therapy
- Document progress and communicate regularly with staff and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices
