Make a meaningful impact as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students in K-12 settings near Carmel, IN. This full-time, contract position offers the opportunity to provide direct and indirect speech services, working closely with students, educators, and families to foster communication skills and academic success. The assignment runs from your earliest availability through May 27, 2026, following a Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Qualifications:

  • Holds (or is eligible for) Speech Language Pathologist credentials (CCC or CFY)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Ability to deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Initiative and flexibility to support the needs of multiple grade levels

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, or communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEPs with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Track student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in relevant meetings
  • Offer both direct and indirect therapy, maximizing student engagement and academic participation
  • Focus exclusively on contracted SLP responsibilities—no bus duty, lunch duty, or other non-related school tasks
