A new contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide essential supervision and intervention services. As a critical onsite supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee and mentor an SLP Assistant one day per week, ensuring quality therapeutic service delivery.
  • Perform all required speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations during onsite days.
  • Lead and participate in IEP meetings for students receiving speech-language services, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and foster positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in line with school and district guidelines.
  • Provide expertise in speech-language development, serving as a resource to educational teams.

We seek candidates with:

  • A valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Indiana licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP.
  • Experience supervising SLP Assistants or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Comfort with independent work and collaboration in school settings.
  • Commitment to student-centered support and ethical practice.
