Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience providing therapy in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver both group and individual therapy
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Offer guidance and resources to families and staff regarding communication strategies
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
