In this contract role, you'll work directly with students to assess, treat, and help overcome communication barriers, partnering closely with educators, families, and fellow specialists.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Designing and implementing customized therapy interventions based on individual student goals
  • Leading engaging therapy sessions that promote measurable student growth
  • Maintaining accurate records and monitoring students’ progress
  • Collaborating with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team for cohesive care delivery
  • Consulting and educating families to extend therapy benefits beyond the classroom

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in Indiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with children or in educational settings highly regarded
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
