Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Carmel, Indiana

What You'll Bring:

• Active SLP license (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads highly valued
• Familiarity with IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring in an educational setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• School-based SLPA, CCC or healthcare experience a plus

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full-time, elementary caseload four days per week throughout the academic year
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and update IEP documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other specialist staff to support student goals
• Communicate with families to provide updates on progress and offer resources as needed
• Participate in school meetings and professional development to enhance your impact
