What we're seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with K-12 students in school-based environments
• Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, admin, and families
• Creative problem-solving ability and commitment to individualized student care

Your role will include:

• Conducting speech/language evaluations for students in need of support
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans targeting communication goals
• Delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings
• Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies according to student needs
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for each child
• Completing accurate and timely documentation and contributing to IEP meetings
• Providing guidance and resources for teachers and families to further student growth
