Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans focused on student-specific speech and language goals
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, adjusting strategies to meet a variety of needs
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, including teachers and other service providers
  • Partner with families, offering support and education to involve them in their child’s progress

Requirements & Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Possess or be eligible for current state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience with school-aged or pediatric populations is highly valued
  • Strong ability to communicate and build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Capable of excelling both independently and as a collaborative team member
  • Active license from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology required
