School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Carpenter, Wyoming

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to inclusive practices and evidence-based interventions

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress toward goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement therapy and recommendations
• Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with school and state policies
• Provide support and resources to educators regarding communication disorders and student needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development initiatives
