What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to the assignment)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings is preferred
- Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- A passion for helping children reach their full potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
