Whether you bring SLP-CCC expertise, are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or have hands-on experience as an SLPA, your skills can make an immediate impact on student outcomes. Qualifications:
- Appropriate state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
- Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings
- Knowledge of IEP process and delivering compensatory services
- Ability to manage a diverse student caseload with varying communication needs
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with school teams
- Complete progress reporting and documentation in accordance with district timelines
- Deliver compensatory speech services to close any service gaps
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and district staff to ensure comprehensive student care
