This is a full-time, contract position available through the end of the school year with the potential for extension, as the district is prioritizing catch-up services for students in need of compensatory speech therapy.

Your background in school-based speech therapy, pediatric care, and familiarity with teletherapy platforms will be highly valued. Whether you bring SLP-CCC expertise, are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or have hands-on experience as an SLPA, your skills can make an immediate impact on student outcomes. Qualifications:

  • Appropriate state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of IEP process and delivering compensatory services
  • Ability to manage a diverse student caseload with varying communication needs
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with school teams
  • Complete progress reporting and documentation in accordance with district timelines
  • Deliver compensatory speech services to close any service gaps
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and district staff to ensure comprehensive student care
