This full-time role extends through the end of the school year, with real potential for ongoing placement. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (SLP, CFY, or SLPA)
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) in California for SLP or SLPA
  • ASHA CCC (for SLP-CCC roles) highly desirable
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Comfort delivering both in-person and teletherapy services
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and compensatory speech/language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
  • Potential for teletherapy-based caseload management
  • Contribute expertise to catch up on overdue student services
