This role offers two fulfilling placements: a full-time speech-language pathologist position at an elementary school and coverage for a maternity leave at a high school, both located in Villa Rica, GA. Candidates must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending Georgia SLP licensure
  • CCC-SLP or be completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • School-based experience is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • The ability to develop individualized education plans and provide direct therapy
  • Flexibility to adapt between elementary and secondary settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement therapy interventions for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, documenting findings and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and learning objectives
  • Maintain detailed and timely records consistent with regulations and school policies
  • Support IEP meetings, providing input for student goals and strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
