We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (or an enthusiastic SLPA) to join a welcoming educational team serving early childhood students. Work just four days a week, with a possible half day on Wednesday, and benefit from manageable 6 1/2 hour days. An experienced SLPA is on staff to assist and share the caseload, creating a team atmosphere focused on quality services and shared success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active state licensure and certification as an SLP or SLPA
  • Background or strong interest in early childhood education
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
  • Ability to effectively assess and serve students, working collaboratively with teachers, families, and other staff
  • Commitment to helping young children develop their communication skills
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 32 early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Collaborate closely with an SLPA and other professionals in a team-oriented approach
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent communication
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment for early learners
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation as required
