Make a meaningful difference in early childhood education by providing speech-language services in a supportive school environment! This contract opportunity involves working closely with an early childhood caseload of approximately 32 students, delivering impactful interventions and support. The position welcomes both certified Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), offering a collaborative setting with another SLPA on staff.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active state license as SLP or SLPA and up-to-date certification
  • Experience in early childhood settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Passion for facilitating student growth and development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for early childhood students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to age and developmental needs
  • Deliver direct therapy, using creative, evidence-based techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student success
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Supervise or assist with SLPA duties as appropriate
