Early Childhood Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Carrollton, MO

This contract opportunity involves working closely with an early childhood caseload of approximately 32 students, delivering impactful interventions and support. The position welcomes both certified Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), offering a collaborative setting with another SLPA on staff.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active state license as SLP or SLPA and up-to-date certification
• Experience in early childhood settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for facilitating student growth and development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for early childhood students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to age and developmental needs
• Deliver direct therapy, using creative, evidence-based techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to maximize student success
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Supervise or assist with SLPA duties as appropriate
