Step into a rewarding full-time role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting elementary school students in Texas. This contract assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through the remainder of the current school year. Enjoy a unique hybrid schedule, working four days onsite with one day remote each week, allowing for flexibility and balance.

In this position, you’ll play an essential part in helping young learners achieve critical communication milestones. Your expertise and collaborative spirit will ensure students receive the encouragement and tools they need to thrive in their academic environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Evaluate students, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and monitor progress toward goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and Medicaid billing
  • Serve as a collaborative partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdepartmental discussions

What You'll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
