Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current or eligible licensure to practice in Georgia
- ASHA certification (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strongly prefer previous experience in a school setting
- Skilled in providing both assessments and therapy to pediatric populations
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs
- Document progress, complete IEPs, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
