Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid SLP license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates with CCC are encouraged to apply
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across diverse age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and advocating for appropriate services
  • Maintain thorough, accurate records in compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
