Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and appropriate state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY and CCCs welcome)
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, and healthcare SLP settings preferred
• Ability to provide speech-language therapy for PreK–12th grade students
• Strong documentation skills, including proficiency with electronic platforms such as Paddynet
• Excellent oral and written communication, adept at collaborating with families, teachers, and administrators
• Comfort with scheduling tools, especially Google Calendar, for IEP and conference coordination

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels and abilities
• For traveling compensatory roles: serve multiple school sites, addressing compensatory needs through to completion, including June summer services
• For elementary-based roles: support a single school (PreK–6th grade) with a manageable caseload
• Complete thorough evaluations, develop IEPs, maintain documentation, and contribute to student data reviews
• Engage actively with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams through various communication channels
