Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and appropriate state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY and CCCs welcome)
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, and healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Ability to provide speech-language therapy for PreK–12th grade students
- Strong documentation skills, including proficiency with electronic platforms such as Paddynet
- Excellent oral and written communication, adept at collaborating with families, teachers, and administrators
- Comfort with scheduling tools, especially Google Calendar, for IEP and conference coordination
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels and abilities
- For traveling compensatory roles: serve multiple school sites, addressing compensatory needs through to completion, including June summer services
- For elementary-based roles: support a single school (PreK–6th grade) with a manageable caseload
- Complete thorough evaluations, develop IEPs, maintain documentation, and contribute to student data reviews
- Engage actively with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams through various communication channels
