Step into a dynamic role dedicated to supporting students across elementary and middle school grade levels as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist. Opportunities span both compensatory services requiring travel across multiple school sites, as well as roles based at individual elementary or middle school locations with a manageable caseload. Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to collaborative student care are at the heart of these rewarding contract positions.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure.
  • Experience serving students from Pre K through 12th grade across diverse needs.
  • Proficient in documenting services using Paddynet or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for regular interaction with parents, teachers, staff, and administration.
  • Skilled in using Google Calendar to organize therapy schedules, IEP meetings, and parent conferences.
  • Comfort with completing and maintaining documentation for evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data reviews.
  • Flexibility to travel between school sites for compensatory services (for applicable positions).
  • Enthusiasm for engaging collaboratively within an educational team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services tailored to assigned grade levels, with some roles supporting compensatory services across multiple locations.
  • Manage an assigned student caseload with diligence and consistency.
  • Document all therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress tracking in the Paddynet platform.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate schedules and meetings using Google Calendar.
  • Foster positive, ongoing communication with students’ families, educational staff, and administrators.
  • Provide therapy and support throughout the year, including required summer services (for compensatory positions).
  • Engage in all necessary evaluations and compliance documentation.
