Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology in Missouri
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY welcome
• Previous experience working in a school setting highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, tracking student progress and adjusting approaches as needed
• Engage parents and caregivers in supporting students’ growth, providing resources and regular updates
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to broader school teams
