Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and high school environments
  • Proficiency with both group and 1:1 therapy models
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and compassion working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention services to students within elementary, middle, and high school
  • Provide direct 1:1 speech and language therapy
  • Develop, monitor, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to support student growth and program compliance
  • Educate and guide instructional staff and caregivers regarding speech and language needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing student support planning
