Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and high school environments
- Proficiency with both group and 1:1 therapy models
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility and compassion working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention services to students within elementary, middle, and high school
- Provide direct 1:1 speech and language therapy
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to support student growth and program compliance
- Educate and guide instructional staff and caregivers regarding speech and language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing student support planning
