Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents in K-12 settings
• Comfortable delivering services in elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Skilled in individual (1:1) and group therapy approaches
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability to diverse student populations and learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in group formats to students across multiple grade levels
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the design and implementation of individualized education plans
• Offer guidance, resources, and support to school staff and families regarding speech and language interventions
