What We’re Seeking:
- Current SLP license, with required state certification
- Experience in schools, supporting elementary, middle, or high school students
- Skilled at providing 1:1 speech-language services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptable—ready to support diverse caseloads across varied age groups
- Record of implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and thorough documentation practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop targeted treatment plans for students in regular and special education classrooms
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, including 1:1 interventions
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress and success across academic settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing professional insight and recommendations to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data tracking for each student
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student self-advocacy and communication skills
