What we’re looking for:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license
• Relevant certification to practice in school settings
• Successful experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ individual needs
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Adaptability to serve in both group and one-on-one capacities

What you’ll do:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions across age groups—individually and in groups
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support every child’s progress
• Maintain honest documentation and ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
