What We’re Seeking:

• Current SLP license, with required state certification
• Experience in schools, supporting elementary, middle, or high school students
• Skilled at providing 1:1 speech-language services
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable—ready to support diverse caseloads across varied age groups
• Record of implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) and thorough documentation practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop targeted treatment plans for students in regular and special education classrooms
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups, including 1:1 interventions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress and success across academic settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing professional insight and recommendations to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data tracking for each student
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that supports student self-advocacy and communication skills
